Complex Care
Domicilliary Care
Our carers are there to provide general assisted living to enable our clients to live their lives with dignity. We adapt to provide the specific assistance needed for clients daily and routine needs, such as toileting, bathing, dressing and mobility. Again, person-centred care is our ethos and we aim to be a valued companion to our clients. Our carers will also provide medical assistance, where the presence of a specialist nurse is not required, such as the administration of medication.
Dementia Care
The majority of our carers have experience and training in an elderly care home environment and are familiar with caring for people with various stages of dementia, for people with physical dissabilities, sensory loss, dual sensory impairment, mental health problems. The philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of dementia care, emphasising that each client is a unique individual with their own life story and experiences. Whether in a care home or in a domiciliary setting, we will place only carers that recognise this and work to a care plan that is suited to the particular needs of a client, with kindness and understanding.
Personal Care
Our personal care services are designed to support individuals with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, both Adults and Children of all ages who need care and support at home. Our compassionate caregivers prioritize dignity and comfort, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
Gastrostomy Care
We provide specialized care for individuals with gastrostomies. Our skilled caregivers provide safe, compassionate assistance with tube feeding, cleaning, and monitoring, ensuring comfort and reducing the risk of complications. We prioritize personalized care, promoting the well-being and health of each individual under our care.
Oral Suctioning
Oral suctioning is a vital procedure used to clear the airway by removing saliva, mucus, and other secretions from the mouth and throat. At SR Care Point, our trained caregivers perform oral suctioning with precision and care to ensure patient comfort and maintain respiratory health. This service is especially beneficial for individuals who have difficulty swallowing or clearing secretions on their own, providing a safe and effective way to prevent complications and promote well-being.
